Raspberry Almond Butter Carob Truffles

This is a super fun super easy treat to take to parties, gift to friends or just to have at home. I love truffles and I love that these are made without sugar and pure ingredients. Enjoy! 

1/2 C Raw Almond butter

1 Cup Carob powder

1 Cup Lakanto sweetener

12 drops of Chocolate-Raspberry stevia

Mix it all together until it makes a thick dough. Add more almond butter or carob powder to get it to that point.  With your fingers, a spoon, or a melon baller, form your truffles into balls  and place in the fridge or freezer to chill and harden. Or enjoy them as they are, sweet and creamy!
